Our Mission

The X House is the essence of our innate humanistic variable to create vision, to create dreams, and to create goals projected in our ambitious nature to take the necessary actions beyond all means to reach our GREATNESS. Each individualistic greatness is exceptionally unique in nature and make the diversity of the world worth our while of life with every breath we take. As part of Trainer Vickk’s personal vision for himself. The X House was founded on these ideals, to create a channel for people to reach their personal goals through mentally motivating and physically challenging people in his training regiments safely. He believes the human body is an organic machine made in perfection with the ability for us to push it and take to higher levels, to test our physical strength and mental will for change. The X House is our team, the common ground of our goals and motivation to achieve our GREATNESS in life.

MEET OUR FOUNDER

VICTOR RIVERA

FOUNDER | DIRECTOR

Victor Rivera is a Marine Corp Veteran who has a passion in human performance and loves to help others. He has helped a variety of individuals to reach their full potential for the past 10 years. As the creator of The X House he wanted to develop a facility that would help individuals do more than just train, but also educate them on what exactly their mind and bodies are going through during their training process. His goal is to change lives to live a healthier lifestyle. He then went on to achieve his bachelors degree in Sports Medicine, and has traveled the country to learn and expand his knowledge with a variety of seminars and certifications such as EXOS, DBC, NASM, CFSC, USATF.

MEET OUR STAFF

Victor Rivera

As the creator of The X House he wanted to develop a facility and a team that will help individuals do more than exercise, but also educate them on what exactly their mind and bodies are going through during their training process.

His goal is to change lives to live a healthier lifestyle and get individuals to perform at their highest potential. He went on to achieve his degree in Sports Medicine, and has traveled the country to learn and expand his knowledge with a variety of seminars and certifications such as EXOS, DBC, NASM, CFSC, USATF.
Mike Bonilla

Coach Mike Bonilla is an Army Veteran with a degree in Sports Medicine, along with certifications from nationally accredited organizations.

He has a very strong passion in cognitive performance here at The X House. Mike draws on his Sports Medicine education to create efficient and effective strategies that enable clients to successfully improve their lifestyles. He stays up to date with new research and techniques that will benefit and help our clients develop to their best potential.

Bryan Shoaff

Bryan has dedicated his life to help others improve their health and well being. Bryan is a program valedictorian with a bachelors degree in Exercise Science.

He also has a 10 year long tenur as a nurse disciplined in cardio, pulmonary, and orthopedic rehab. He has spent years assisting in the operating room. He specializes in exercise physiology, strength and conditioning, medical exercise sport specific training and weight loss.
Leticia Martinez

As a NASM Certified Trainer, Leticia has focused her career on helping her clients achieve their personal fitness goals, ranging from strength and conditioning, muscle gain, and weight loss.

She has helped a variety of individuals in person and through her online coaching via social media. Creating customized and tailored programs to fit your specific needs. As a past athlete she understands the challenges and dedication required to achieve one’s goal. Her passion and devotion for fitness, in addition to her holistic and detailed techniques will bring you an exciting and rewarding workout.
James Arnold

James started training mixed martial arts in 2007 with a primary focus in Brazilian jiu-jitsu. He has had the benefit of competing and coaching in combat sports all over the state. His mission is to share his passion for Mixed Martial Arts and to provide people with the physical and mental tools to prevail in both competition and everyday life.

Farah Khan, MS, RD

Farah is a New York City based Registered Dietitian (RD) with a Masters in Food and Nutrition, and a Masters in Fine Art. She has worked in a variety of fields, and prior to becoming a dietitian she worked as an IT Consultant in Columbus Ohio, Washington DC and New York.

She’s very passionate about promoting good health through good nutrition and exercise. She knows from experience that working in the corporate world and the healthcare setting can be stressful, overwhelming and exhausting, and her mission is to help you make changes towards a healthier self – your best self.

She has experience working as a clinical dietitian with a variety of health conditions including cardiovascular disease, diabetes, hypertension, GI issues and weight management. Also having experience providing nutrition counseling to promote mindful eating and awareness. She currently works as a part-time clinical dietitian, and also an Adjunct Professor of Nutrition at Long Island University in Brooklyn, NY.

Sokunthea (Sukie) Nau, DPT

Sukie Nau has been practicing physical therapy since 2007 with a special interest in the biomechanics of human performance. He earned his Bachelor of Health Science with a concentration in Rehabilitative Services, Minor in Sociology and Minor in Education from the University of Florida in 2004. He later finished his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Saint Augustine with a concentration in Orthopedics in 2007.

Sukie uses his knowledge of the musculoskeletal system to increase the optimal functioning of the human body. His philosophy is a holistic approach to treating the underlying cause of movement dysfunctions. His practice has a heavy emphasis on manual therapy including: joint/soft tissue mobilization, trigger point, massage, traction, acupressure, muscle energy, and manual edema drainage. Sukie is also a certified USA Track and Field Coach as well as a Post-Injury Running Coach. He has a sub-specialty in running injury management with an emphasis in endurance running. Sukie has been a lifelong proponent of fitness and wellness. His determination continues into many facets of his life. His passion for biomechanics and adoration in his running specialties has taken him to many different levels of success.
